Collection: Dandelion Clock 'Wishmakers'
Taraxacum (/tƏ’ræksƏkƏm/ - commonly known as dandelions.
We share joy with our vivid colour. Bees love us, butterflies love us, birds love us, children love us. Don’t hurt us – instead love us and smile at us. Our flowers are the first food for insects after hibernation. Our sweet flowers have been used to make jam, sauces and salads. Our greens can be eaten cooked or raw and are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, K, E & folate and provide minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Our fluffy seed heads provide endless fun making wishes. It’s believed that our seeds carry your thoughts and dreams to loved ones when blown into the air.
